This is the original recipe introduced by Thee Village Eatinghouse over twenty years ago.
Quiche of the Week w/ Pasta Salad
Chicken Salad in Pita w/ Pasta Salad
Another Thee Village Eatinghouse recipe brought back to Smicksburg. Large dice white meat sautéed in butter and dressed with Windgate’s Eye of the Shadow wine. The flavor is extended with sautéed onions, carrots, and celery; green grape halves; and real mayonnaise. The only difference from the original is the whole wheat pocket pita instead of the multigrain roll.

Traditional – Tomato sauce, provolone, Romano, with or without pepperoni
Vegan Traditional – Tomato sauce, vegan cheese*, marinated mushrooms
White – Provolone, plum tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, granulated garlic, fresh basil, grated Romano
Vegan White – Vegan cheese*, plum tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, black olives, roasted red peppers, fresh basil
